Celebrate: A Cacao Ceremony

CELEBRATE is here to invite in the energy of gratitude, abundance, and love.

Embark on a sweet heart opening journey within with Cacao, inviting you to  connect to your unconscious mind, and embody the joyous vibration of  gratitude and abundance.

Led by Sinclair Fleetwood

Together we will witness each other and welcome whatever needs  attention by being present and connected. Learn to build your capacity  by rooting into your own fertile soil. Let go of what isn't supporting  your growth and expansion. Release into gratitude and invite in what you  want to grow in your garden this season.

Our ceremony will close with a deep inner journey of sound led by David Heiss, cosmic gong master and sound healer.

While this is a perfect place to integrate psychedelic or plant  medicine experience, it is not a requirement to join us. Cacao is a  non-psychoactive, heart opening power plant teacher that supports you in  creating wholeness, overcoming stuckness, and experiencing yourself  fully.

Integration is about becoming whole, and your process is welcome. We do this work as a family, in community.

When: Sunday, May 26 at 2pm at Inner Wolf Retreat Space

What to expect:

-Sustainably sourced Guatemalan cacao from Cacao Amor

-Body love

-Gentle movement

-Heart wisdom

-Sacred fire ritual

-Sound healing + silence

-Spirit family

What to bring:

-Yoga mat, pillows/cushion, and blanket to make a cozy nest for yourself

-Journal and pen

-Any crystals, jewelry, or sacred items you like to have with you

-Flowers or incense for the altar (optional)

-Willingness to open and receive

-Water bottle

-Sunscreen, long sleeves, sun hat - we will be outside for the first part of the ceremony (weather permitting)

What to wear:

-Comfortable clothing you can bend and move in, layers in case you get cold or too warm

This is a paid gathering. Cash, Venmo, or Zelle is preferred and you must RSVP in advance

Sinclair (that's me!) is a spiritual psychedelic integration coach,  plant medicine guide, ceremonialist, and host of The Psychedelic  Integration Podcast. She's a native Texan and happy Asheville transplant  seeking to build community with other magical earth medicine people.  She holds the soft medicine of authenticity, embodiment, and self-love.

David Heiss is an intuitive sound healer and  evolutionary astrologer. He specializes in sonic alchemy though blending  unique sounds with instruments including gongs, crystal bowls, and  other resonant pieces. He has been working with sound since 2012. His  intention is to create a space through sound to help you realize more of  who you are. He is co-owner of Inner Wolf Retreat Space – a sound  healing retreat space dedicated to inspiring and encouraging through  sound.
