About the event
SEPTEMBER WOMEN'S RETREAT
Coming Home to Yourself
A Women's Retreat for Self-Trust, Inner Alignment & Authentic Living
Listen for the life that feels most like your own.
There are seasons in life when we slowly drift away from ourselves.
Not all at once, but little by little.
We become busy caring for others, meeting expectations, responding to responsibilities, and keeping up with the pace of everyday life. Somewhere along the way, it can become difficult to recognize what we truly need, what we genuinely desire, or what feels most authentic to us.
This retreat is an invitation to come home.
Coming Home to Yourself is a restorative weekend designed to help you reconnect with your inner compass through sound healing, deep rest, time in nature, and spacious reflection.
Here, there is no pressure to become someone different.
Instead, you'll be invited to gently remember who you have always been beneath the noise, expectations, and busyness of life.
As your nervous system settles and your mind grows quieter, clarity often begins to emerge—not because you're trying harder to find answers, but because you've created enough space to hear your own inner wisdom.
Throughout the weekend, you'll experience immersive sound healing, Yoga Nidra, contemplative walks through the forest, nourishing meals, quiet journaling, and meaningful moments of connection.
Together, these experiences create the conditions for you to reconnect with your values, trust your intuition, and return home with a renewed sense of alignment.
This retreat is for women who are longing to:
reconnect with themselves after caring for everyone else
make decisions from inner clarity instead of outside pressure
trust their own intuition again
live with greater authenticity and ease
carry the peace of retreat back into everyday life

You will experience daily sound healing sessions, learn techniques for intention setting and manifestation through direct experience, be supported with all-levels gentle yoga, kundalini yoga or Bhakti yoga sessions, meditation, yoga nidra guided relaxation sessions, and fire and cacao ceremonies. Each weekend retreat is customized with practices to support the specific group attending. Dawn will schedule a phone call with you to personalize your retreat to support you and the group.
This weekend will help reorganize and realign your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs in order to create a more harmonious and fulfilling inner self. This could involve letting go of negative experiences or beliefs, resolving internal conflicts, and reclaiming a greater sense of purpose or connection with self or higher power.
Immerse yourself in transformative energy with our three-day retreat, featuring the resonant vibrations of the gong.
Join us for a rejuvenating experience in a tranquil environment that combines intention setting, mindfulness practices, introspective reflections, and the powerful, rhythmic tones of the gongs, crystal bowls and more, creating a harmonious space for personal discovery and remembering who you are.
