Community candlelight vigil and with sound healing ceremony in the wake of Hurricane Helene

oin us for a candlelight vigil and healing ceremony for the Hurricane Helene disaster. Taking place from 2-5 p.m., this event offers a space for reflection, healing, and community connection. As we light candles and stand together, we honor the resilience and spirit of those who have faced the devastation of the hurricane and those passed on. The evening will provide a blend of spiritual practices, including meditation and energy healing, to help foster peace and emotional recovery for all in attendance. We will provide a veggie soup to nourish ourselves.

Cindy Bowen’s channeling session with the Shashastra Collective, a group of spiritual guides, offers wisdom, healing, and messages of harmony. Cindy will channel their energy, bringing forth insights and guidance for those seeking deeper understanding or closure after the storm. Participants are invited to open their hearts and connect with the collective energy as part of their healing journey, fostering a sense of collective support and renewal.

David Heiss will offer sound healing and astrological guidance, using therapeutic sound vibrations, David’s sound healing will soothe emotional wounds and promote inner balance. His astrological insights will reflect on cosmic alignments and their impact on the current moment, helping participants understand the greater spiritual context surrounding their experiences. Together, these elements create a profound and meaningful evening of healing and unity.

What is "Sound Healing"?

We have found it to be a blend of non rhythmic overtones of a large range of frequencies. The sound current is heard and felt from inside you as it permeates your cells. The sound helps clear and restore your physical and energetic fields.

What do we do during a sound healing?

Just  lay down or sit and meditate on the sounds. Let them take you on a  journey into your own being. A time to relax into yourself.

It's a right brain, passive experience that lasts one hour. Blankets, pads and pillows are provided and you and bring your own as well.

Afterwards, enjoy the land, have some soup until you're ready to go. Or stay overnight in one of our cozy rooms!
