As the day comes to a close, we'll gather in the warmth of many flickering candles for an evening devoted entirely to rest, presence, and renewal.

Modern life asks so much of our attention. We move quickly from one responsibility to the next, often without giving our minds or bodies an opportunity to truly settle. This immersive sound healing experience offers a different rhythm—one where you can simply receive.

You'll be guided into a comfortable resting position as waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, large therapeutic gongs, harmonium, chimes, and gentle voice create an environment that encourages profound relaxation.

Many people experience a quieting of mental chatter, a deep sense of peace and relaxation, and the kind of rest that can be difficult to find in everyday life.

The soft glow of candlelight creates a beautiful atmosphere that helps signal to the nervous system that it is safe to slow down, breathe deeply, and let go of the demands of the day.

No experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary. Simply come in comfortable clothing; we have cushy memory foam pads, blankets, & pillows.
