This is a special time of year when the fireflies spark in abundance. Here at the Inner Wolf Retreat Space, there are a variety.  Every 2 weeks a new species of fireflies emerges! Each has their special light pattern.

Several different types flickering and  glowing, even synchronizing. Hundreds of them. There is a huge lawn space and plenty of chairs for a easy viewing immersion.

We start  In the Sound Pyramid (Barn) by 7:30pm for a sound meditation journey for about one hour, then migrate to the field for extraordinary up close immersion. We will have tea and water available.

Dress in layers as it cools in the eve here in Wolf Laurel. Please bring a chair for outside; we have a few here if needed.

What is "Sound Healing"?

We have found it to be a blend of non rhythmic overtones of a large range of frequencies. The sound current is heard and felt from inside you as it permeates your cells. The sound helps clear and restore your physical and energetic fields.

What do we do during a sound healing?

Just  lay down or sit and meditate on the sounds. Let them take you on a  journey into your own being. A time to relax into yourself.

It's a right brain, passive experience that lasts one hour. Blankets, pads and pillows are provided and you and bring your own as well.

Afterwards, enjoy the Firefly Light Show until you're ready to go. Or stay overnight in one of our cozy rooms!
