About the event

Yoga Nidra Gong Bath

Nervous System Refresh

A deep rest, guided meditation designed to induce complete physical,  mental, and emotional relaxation. You will find relief from insomnia,  anxiety, headaches, overwhelm, PTSD, and more.

Includes breathwork, body scan, subtle and inspiring gong sounds,  gentle movements, lovely location, tea & water.   Calm your nervous  system and activate your relaxation (rest & digest) response, within  a small group.  Come as you are, lay down, listen to your inner  guidance, and explore what is true.

Live Gong vibrations move energy through you, they feel your  presence, they talk to you through your frequency. They help restore  your well-being.

"It is possibly the most comprehensive, efficient, and enjoyable meditation practice I've experienced."

"With the addition of live gong sounds, it is positively transcendent."

The North node is now in Pisces inviting us in the Age of Aquarius to evolve with love and compassion. It will be in Pisces all year long into 2026.

Key Themes of North Node in Pisces

The North Node in Pisces guides the soul toward qualities such as:

  • Spirituality: Developing a connection to the divine, trusting in the unseen, and cultivating faith.

  • Compassion: Embracing empathy, understanding, and unconditional love for oneself and others.

  • Surrender and Flow: Learning to let go of control, rigidity, and perfectionism, trusting life's natural rhythms.

  • Creativity and Intuition: Tapping into imagination, intuition, and emotional depth as tools for expression and growth.

  • Unity Consciousness: Moving beyond individual concerns to experience the interconnectedness of all life.

South Node in Virgo Influence

The South Node in Virgo reflects patterns the soul is comfortable with but must learn to transcend or balance:

  • Overemphasis on Details and Control: A tendency to focus on the minutiae of life, seeking perfection and order.

  • Critical Thinking Turned Self-Criticism: A habit of analyzing, judging, or over-focusing on flaws, both in self and others.

  • Practical Over Intuitive: Prioritizing rationality over emotional or spiritual instincts.

  • Service as Obligation: Feeling overly responsible or burdened by duty, leading to burnout or lack of joy.

Lessons of the North Node in Pisces

  1. Surrender to the Divine Flow:

    • The soul is learning to let go of the need for control and precision (Virgo's tendencies) and to trust the unfolding of life.

    • Developing faith in the universe and accepting that not everything can be planned or understood.

  2. Embracing Compassion and Forgiveness:

    • The journey involves cultivating deep empathy, releasing judgment, and embracing the messiness of human experiences with unconditional love.

    • Forgiveness, both of oneself and others, is a key spiritual lesson.

  3. Balancing Service with Spiritual Purpose:

    • While Virgo focuses on practical, detail-oriented service, Pisces calls for service rooted in spiritual inspiration and higher purpose.

    • This includes helping others not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.

  4. Developing Intuition and Imagination:

    • The soul is encouraged to listen to its inner voice, trust intuitive insights, and allow creativity to flourish.

    • This could involve artistic expression, spiritual exploration, or simply learning to navigate life from a heart-centered place.

  5. Letting Go of Perfectionism:

    • The North Node in Pisces invites the individual to accept imperfection and embrace the beauty of chaos and mystery.

    • Learning that life doesn’t need to be controlled or fixed for it to be meaningful.
